We are a handmade jewellery business based in Adelaide, South Australia. Orders are packed with care and shipped via Australia Post.
Processing Times
- Custom earrings requested of a certain style: 1-2 weeks
- Ready to shop items: 1-3 business days
- Custom items (Wedding florals etc): Prior discussion will be had but please expect between 1-3 weeks or longer for specific custom pieces mentioned on the website.
Delivery Estimates Australia:
- 3–8 business days once dispatched for standard shipping or 1-3 for express shipping
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
• Standard Shipping: AUD $11
• Free Shipping: On orders over $60
• Express Shipping: AUD $15
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to selected countries. All international orders include tracking.
Estimated delivery times: 6–27 business days depending on destination.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers outside Australia may be responsible for import taxes, duties, or customs fees once the package reaches your country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not included in the shipping cost.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
